When I discuss the whole matter of coronavirus and student management with my colleague and senior teachers. They said that students can save from coronavirus just on the base of social distancing encourage students to learn how to maintain distance from others. Some students feel boring by listening about this matter again and again. So the teacher and parents must know their students and children what they want. Then deal with them accordingly. Use examples freely that they can understand easily. Use a variety of students’ active teaching activities to gain the interest of the students. Set realistic performance goals and help students achieve them by encouraging them to set their own reasonable goals. Almost all the teachers and colleagues were in favor of the statement that the students having motivation are possessing good behavior regarding social distancing and learning. Because motivation and behavior are very alternative. You can do anything just on the basis of motivation. The researcher conducted this study which focused on the maintenance of social distancing that leads to the safe life of students and improvements in academic progress. It is better to motivate the students rather than punishing them. A student can perform any activity or task just on the basis of motivation.

A teacher’s most important duty to aware of his students about covid-19 and social distancing and give suggestions that how to maintain their progress in these circumstances. Because students give more importance to the words of the teacher rather than parents. Motivation ultimately enhances good behavior regarding social distancing. Work with parents to motivate students at home and Communicate with them directly so they are aware of covid-19. Exactly what works their child should be doing at home. Workspace or resource requirements for their child’s home learning. Due dates for assignments so that they can provide reminders where necessary.
